Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Equipora, equipment maintenance tracking software provided by Equipora Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

Who you are contracting with

  • Provider. Equipora Ltd, which trades as Equipora and operates this website and the Equipora service.
  • Where we operate from. Lahore, Pakistan.
  • How to reach us. General enquiries hello@equipora.app, billing saeed@equipora.app. See our contact page.
  • Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle is the seller on your invoice and card statement, Equipora Ltd provides the underlying service.

The service

Equipora lets your business track equipment, log repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and let technicians report problems by scanning a QR label. We may add, change or remove features over time. We’ll give you reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

Your account

  • You must give accurate account details and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One account belongs to one organisation. Owners and managers control who is invited, and are responsible for the people they invite.
  • You must be at least 16 and authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your business.

Trial, price and payment

  • New organisations get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start, and nothing charges automatically when it ends.
  • After the trial, continued access is a flat subscription fee covering unlimited users, we never charge per seat. The current monthly and annual prices are shown on the subscription page before you pay.
  • Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, whichever you chose) using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Choosing a plan and completing checkout is your authorisation for these recurring charges.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep full access until then, and nothing is deleted, your data is still there if you subscribe again. If a subscription lapses, access is paused rather than deleted.
  • Who processes payment. Payments are handled in-app by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle, not Equipora, appears on your card statement, issues your invoice/receipt, and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your card details are entered with and held by Paddle, we never see or store your full card number.
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes, which Paddle adds at checkout where required. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Billing questions: saeed@equipora.app.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Equipora to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive or someone else’s to control;
  • attack, probe or overload the service, bypass its access controls, or try to reach another organisation’s data;
  • resell or relabel the service as your own without a written agreement with us.

Your data

Everything you put into Equipora stays yours. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use your equipment records to train machine-learning models. You can ask us for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted at any time.

Availability

We work to keep Equipora available and backed up, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, outages at our providers, and faults happen. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law implies and doesn’t allow us to exclude. Equipora is a record-keeping tool, it is not a substitute for your own safety, inspection or regulatory obligations, and you remain responsible for those.

Liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Equipora and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk, where circumstances allow, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we’ll email account owners about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
